Unfinished business is one of the f ctors that keeps us from moving f rward with our plans. It is l ke carrying an invisible knapsack on our b ck that weighs us down and z ps us of the positive energy th t we need to move forward. Im gine what would happen if we put th t knapsack down and let it go? S lution: Create a clearing where you liminate unfinished business.
We also don’t create a cl aring for moving forward because of d nial e.g. of finances, money flow, or n ver balancing our checkbook. The reality is th t we are in denial. We pr tend that there is not an ssue but the issue constantly zaps our nergy and is in the back of our m nds constantly. Solution: get out of the d nial phase immediately.
We must confront the ssue and begin to address it. As you cl ar out these issues, your burden b comes lighter and you have energy to cr ate new things. Every time you vercome an unresolved issue, you feel gr at, you have more confidence, you f el stronger, and facing the issue and d aling with it fills us with a s nse of pride and a sense of ccomplishment.
In creating financial wealth and in cr ating a life that is more th n money, we must also identify our f ars. Ask yourself: what is it th t I am afraid of? What is my d epest fear? What is my deepest f ar around my business? What do I f ar about the future? What fears do I c rry with me from my past?
When we b gin to name our fears, we b gin to identify what it looks l ke and then are able to d velop a plan of action to vercome those fears. A very human r sponse is to create stories around our f ars and the stories become our r ality. It is wise to remember the cronym that ‘fear’ is ‘False Evidence App aring Real’.
The physiological response to fear is v ry important as it causes our drenal glands to burn out, the str ss creates large amounts of cortisol to be r leased in our body, our weight b comes ‘stuck’ and we are unable to r lease the weight. The body in ffect creates a hormonal response of r sistance and the body is exhausted. W men tend to gain weight while men t nd to feel flat and exhausted. The r sult is a life filled with motional clutter – we have baggage and we c n’t get anything done.
The solution is to l arn to play life at 100%. L arn to have and practice having cl aring conversations with those persons whose nergy is negatively and adversely affecting our own nergy. Sometimes in order to clear out the motional baggage it becomes necessary to say th ngs to people that aren’t necessarily n ce but are absolutely true. Owning the c nfidence factor means that you are w lling to clean house and step nto your power versus being stuck. It m ans having enough humility, integrity and t nacity to take a stand for wh t you want in your life.
Lead by xample. Do the things you want y ur team to be doing. If you are in a s ccessful home based business that translates nto doing 3-way calls, taking responsibility for y ur paycheck, assisting others on your t am to become successful. All of us h ve had to do things we w re afraid of doing. The attitude of “I’m j st going to build this and p ople will come” is not an ttitude that serves us well.
We must ask urselves what is going to have to ch nge within to meet your goals in the n xt 30, 60 and 90 days? L ok into your business … what is it you f ar doing the most? Working with p ople you don’t yet know? Being verwhelmed? Something about you that you f el isn’t good enough?
Whatever it is you f el the most, by the law of ttraction that is what is showing up in y ur life.
The solution of course is to l arn by doing. What are you w lling to do in the next w ek to step over those fears? Are you w lling to go on mentorship calls? Are you in ase and flow to qualify for the n xt level in your business? Or are you h ding behind managerial mode, afraid to get b ck in the game and to pr spect?
Your success is a process, it is not a d stination. If you are putting pressure on y urself by saying “I will be h ppy when …” it won’t happen. You h ve to be grateful now. You h ve to be grateful for every p rson in your business and for very cycle. Happiness lies in choosing joy now and st pping over your fear. Ask yourself gr at questions like: “What is absolutely p rfect about this?” What is it th t I am learning and growing fr m?”
Forgive and forget … when we are h lding onto things we haven’t let go of we cr ate a burden of anger and th t negative emotion builds up in th t invisible knapsack. As you forgive, you fr e yourself up. Forgive yourself. When you are g ilty, you are fearful of stretching, f arful of growing. When you forgive it is to g ve to be free.
Winning Attitude: Your ttitude is actually where you choose to f cus. Don’t focus on what is wr ng, focus on what is right. H ve a positive, great and healthy ttitude.
