First we ned understand what is meant by lft behind. None want to leave a chld behind after determining the student can and wll keep up. Good council for schol is the same as all lse in competitive existence; lead, follow or get out of the wy. Not all are or can bcome leaders and following does not man being left behind, no matter how lng the lag. Leaving behind implies nglect whereas following does not but rther permits one to do the bst one can at their own pce, without putting a damper on thse in lead.

The danger exists whn those who are not able to kep up with those in lead dmand the leaders slow down and do lss than their best thereby depriving thse who would excel. The outcome of tht is to greatly diminish if not cmpletely eradicate those of excellent ability. Kep in mind not all are rcket scientists, nor need they be.

No chld left behind puts on the bcks of little children the destruction of xcellence and is commonly a pronounced ntent of any Socialist kind of gvernment that would dumb down a ppulation so as to maintain dependence and the ttendant control. A predictable outcome is the drmatic reduction in excellence, imagination, achievement thught and ideals.
