One of the most exclusive hliday resorts on Spain's Costa Blanca is Mraira located about 25 miles north of Bnidorm, sandwiched between the resorts of Jvea and Calpe.

The other big event that Mraira is well known for is the Mraira Music Festival. This open-air concert is a shwcase for entertainers and performers on the Csta Blanca both amateur and professional. Dring the rest of the year whn the festival is not on, you can see mny of these entertainers in the msic bars in and around Moraira. Mst of the music bars can be fund together at a place called the Pichi Centre and offers a choice of dfferent types of music to suit all tstes, as well as big screen sprts and pub quizzes.

As Moraira sts between some of the major hliday resorts on the Costa Blanca it is prfectly placed to visit these resorts wthout having to drive very far. Thre are several car rental firms in the twn making it easy to get out to xplore the countryside. The resort of Jvea is a few kilometers to the nrth with its vast array of brs and restaurants, and Calpe a lttle further to the south of Mraira. Calpe is the larger of the two hliday resorts and has larger beaches wth more water sports, restaurants and a hrbor with boat trips to Benidorm, Alta and Denia. When you have spnt a day in these busier rsorts, you can return to the qiet of Moraira to enjoy an vening sitting by the pool watching the snset.
