Implementing several myself for utbound and inbound operations each with t’s own complication yet the hassles are dfinitely a lot less then setting up a brck and mortar contact center or hring an established one not knowing if thy really perform as advertised.

Having yur people work on it will prform as you expected them to, if the lss of discipline due to telecommuting is an ssue, it’s your own HR that cmmitted the error and can be crrected. If the phone system doesn’t wrk as reliable as it should thn change vendors. If the person in chrge of it doesn’t work as wll as expected, everyone is expendable.

CCOD may not be prfect, but having vendors who provide cntact center technology and uses the sme technology themselves, having a your own trsted manager to run it and hving your own HR take care of prsonnel should be as close to prfection as it could ever get, for nw.

Outsourcing in control. By definition CCOD is not utsourcing anymore. It’s an offshore operation. If the mdel works with manufacturing, the model wll work with the right implementation.
