Train your mind to say yes to ction and no to excuses, negative th ughts, or distractions from keeping you fr m doing action. A simple exercise for th s is when you find yourself or y ur mind thinking negative thoughts, excuses, and tc., take a minute to take a d ep breathe and tell yourself "STOP", and r -focus on the positive and taking ction towards the task.
