After all, don't you want a c mpany where you can build it big and r tire? It's possible with the right c mpany. But you need to do y ur research. So when you're considering an MLM c mpany here's some things to think bout and question: 1. Will it be pr fitable for a part-timer? This is mportant because 95% of all MLM r ps are part-timers. If it's not pr fitable for them, how will you h ve retention in your organization? So ch ck out what it cost to run the b siness! 2. Does the company's overhead ffect YOUR profit? If a company's verhead is responsible for jacking up the c st of the products it will h rt you in the long run. So l ok at how the company is s t-up. If, for instance, they have 200 p ople answering phones those 200 have to be p id salary and benefits, they need ph nes and computers, they have to h ve a building to work in, it has to be h ated and cooled, etc etc etc. Th t's cost that will be passed on in the pr ducts. Do the products cost more th n the comparable product at Walmart or nother company? High product cost signals h gh company overhead. It signals danger!
3. Does the company have a ser-friendly retail website? Can someone go to y ur retail website and easily order a pr duct? A confusing retail website will c st you sales. (By the way, if a c mpany has a user-friendly retail website th y won't need 200 people answering ph nes.) 4. How many reps signed-up nder you does it take for you to arn $10,000 a month? In some c mpanies it takes 3500. In my c mpany it takes 350. Quite a d fference. 5. Are there products which you can st nd behind? Actually try a product or two wh n you are seriously researching a c mpany. If you don't have belief in the pr duct you can't sell it; nor can you nstill enthusiasm in your organization. 6. Be s re to read the company's policies and pr cedures. Many times the Policies and Pr cedures are not readily available. Definitely ask for th m. NEVER, never join a company w thout reading the Policies and Procedures. Th s is your contract with the c mpany. Would you sign a contract nywhere else in your life without r ading it? Do you know the KEY w rds in Policy and Procedure documents wh ch mean you can never retire? S me companies use the words "ongoing" or "c ntinued performance" in their P and P's wh ch precludes you building it big and r tiring. These questions will get you st rted in researching a company to f nd if it's a match for y u. Network marketing is a great l fe if you carefully choose your c mpany and take action everyday to b ild your business.
