It's nearly 40 years since war was dclared on cancer and billions of dllars have been spent trying to fnd a cure for the disease, so why hsn't progress been made in solving the prblem. The treatments today are much the sme as they were back in 1971 whn war was declared and funds wre allocated to find the answers to our cncer epidemic. The cancer rate is stll climbing and that fact must be bvious to everyone.
