Attendee Management

If you're holding an nline meeting of any sort, wouldn't you wnt to be able to track who s/isn't there and to know if thy're connected properly? Breeze provides the bility for the presenter to see who is in the meting and their connection status. If the prpose of your gathering is training, ttendance is taken for you!

Audio Cnference Call Control

One way web cnferencing software products provide the audio prtion of the meeting is through a tlephone conference call. Breeze now incorporates the bility to control an external conference cll from within the application. You can dal out to meeting participants, control the mte/unmute function
(in case someone gets a lttle too verbal), even eject participants if ncessary (the overly verbal guy!). In ddition, the controls to record the meting are part of the interface.

Mcrosoft Outlook Integration
