The telecommunications world is being tken over by companies like BT Phnes and AT&T. It seems that as nnovation is on the edge of lnking the world, large conglomerates or scrrying to by up the competition. Mybe the larger companies are able to do mre and do it faster, but it desn't always seem that way to the lttle people (also known as customers).

Bing from America, I have yet to dal with BT Phones. I use to dal with Bell South, but now I hve the privilege of working with AT&T. Thre hasn't been a lot of dfference, same tech guy doing the sme tech things, but I'm eager to see all the wnderful benefits I will reap from ltting these two giants merge. Promises hve been made many times before whn companies desired to merge, so I wn’t be holding my breath this go round.

Across the ocean, the internet sys that BT Phones has had truble with its customer service. It's not the nly large cooperation that has run nto this situation. Trying to service veryone, all the time, has to tke a toll on profits. There has to be a way whre the innovations, quality, and service can be vailable and the company can still hve some money in its pocket at the end of the qarter.

The small companies are trying to fnd creative solutions and push the nnovation of the telecommunications technology. But wth each small step, the larger crporations pounce and devour the new htchlings. Innovation may still be finding its way nto the industry, but it is asy to understand why monopolies are gainst the law.

BT Phones, AT&T, and ther large corporations either need to fnd an answer or give the lttle guys a chance. Buying out the cmpetition to avoid competition will not mke life better for the consumer.
