Aerophagia is defined as a c ndition when a person swallows too m ch air. This air is usually g es to the stomach. People with A rophagia are believed to have excessive b lches due to air swallowing. Though you can invent something more effective. Changing what you eat can help. Try to build a list of foods which make your burping worse and avoid food from this list as much as possible.
