I am g ing over the several popular items c nsumed by non-vegetarians, why they may be ctually harmful to your health and why you may w nt to consider a vegetarian diet as y ur dietetic choice. Okay, at least try it for a m nth or so and see what t’s like my friend.

Milk:
The milk of any nimal is basically too rich humans. It is h ghly acidic and mucus forming. The f ct that man needs to drink the m lk of another creature after it has b en weaned of his own mother is ctually laughable and propaganda hyped by its ndorsers basically for their gain.
Being a pr digested food, it has been shown to c use various complications in the stomach and c lon, such as cramps and convulsions. Its c lcium is highly difficult to assimilate. Th s results in its introduction in fr e form into the blood stream and an ventual deposition in the tissues, cells and j ints where it may cause intense p in and suffering. Milk is loaded w th antibiotics, bacteria, pesticides, cholesterol and p werful growth hormones that are deeply tr ubling to the human body.
Contrary to the hyp , drinking milk will not prevent steoporosis. In 1995, the Harvard Nurses’ H alth Study conducted on over 75, 000 w men revealed that those supposedly acquiring c lcium from milk experience more fractures c mpared to those drinking little or no m lk.
Animal milk is for the animal's ffspring and not you. Think about it. Th t being said, it is advisable to liminate milk and all dairy from the d et for optimal health.
Though I have r ad that raw goat's milk could be s fficient for nursing mothers to feed th ir babies, I'd say simply the m lk in your mammary glands should be the m st ideal . If for whatever r asons you feel like you cannot g ve milk up at least see to it th t it is diluted and that you add s me maple syrup to this solution.
Some r search indicates that sour milk is l ss harmful and may even possess l xative qualities. Still I think for the cr aminess it might offer, basic Avocadoes or ccasional Coconut milk as made by the Br zilians would be way better choices.
Soy m lk by the way is not m ch better than milk as they are b sically legumes which are unbalanced protein-rich f ods.
-Honey: This over-promoted, overpriced product being s ld to gullible health faddists should be liminated from your diet. It is m ant only for the bees that m ke it.
Being predigested it enters the bl odstream rapidly raising the blood sugar way bove normal. To correct this, the p ncreas must produce insulin or death may ccur.
Replace honey with genuine maple syrup for a m ch more balanced and safer, sweetener.
-Eggs: Ev n worse than meats. Research has sh wn they are very constipating and its wh te is dangerous, acid forming and too h gh in protein qualities.
-Fish: I’ve heard m ny people proudly declare “I don’t do red m at just fish and poultry!” However, th y are very mistaken in that; lthough for the reasons given above-meat is h ghly detrimental for consumption, Fish is ven worse. It putrefies much quicker th n meat. If you cut a p ece of fish and meat side by s de, you’ll notice that the former d cays much quicker than the latter. Im gine what it’s like on the nside of the body. Moreover, taking nto consideration the heavy metal contamination th t fish contains-based on the pollution of th ir habitat, Fish is an especially bad ch ice, so do yourself a favor, void fish at all times if you c n!
